The reasons for joining a karate school are varied and run the gamete of feel good, loose weight, self-defense, learn something new, make some new friends, get stronger, develop a positive habit, on the bucket list etc. Once enrolled in our school and even before the new student enters an on going class, Sensei IMG_0645 softJudy, the owner, will take you by the hand and personally, over the course of several one on one private sessions included in your membership, show you: How to sit, how to stand, how to walk, how to punch, how to block, how to kick and how to do the warm ups and then also learning a few “drills” that help the new student assimilate easily into group classes. As the new beginner advances, hitting the punching post and the heavy bag is explored and working with partners is encouraged.  Any questions or concerns, call Judy 321-459-3000 or visit us 1755 S. Tropical Trail, Merritt Island. Open 7 days a week!
